Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and sales-driven Account Manager to oversee the execution of social media, influencer marketing, and event activation campaigns for our clients. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse client portfolio—including both small businesses and large global companies—ensuring exceptional service, seamless execution, and long-term partnership growth.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Korean and English), has a proven track record in account management, and understands the nuances of working with influencers, celebrities, and talent in the entertainment and marketing space. They are quick-thinking, amicable, and bring a “sales DNA” that allows them to not only manage but also grow accounts through strategic upselling and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Influencer Coordination: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to align with campaign goals.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling social media content and strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and analytics teams to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all campaigns run smoothly.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising to bring fresh ideas to clients and campaigns.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Account Management.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and client portfolios ranging from small to enterprise-level businesses.
- Experience working with influencers, celebrities, and talent across social media, digital marketing, and event activation.
Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Korean and English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

Location
