Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing business development leader with deep experience in IMC services—spanning influencer marketing, social media, celebrity campaigns, experiential activations, and branded content.
You’ll be responsible for originating and closing large, integrated marketing deals with leading brands and agencies in Korea. This is a strategic sales role designed for someone who has already worked at top-tier creative, PR, or media agencies and has direct access to key decision-makers across the marketing landscape.
We already work with top brands like Samsung, H&M, Alo Yoga, Samyang Foods, Delta Airlines, Crocs, and McDonald’s. Your mission is to grow our agency services revenue in Korea, focusing on big-budget clients and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Sales Leadership
- Lead the full commercial cycle: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals valued at ₩300M–₩1B+
- Develop new brand and agency relationships across key verticals: beauty, fashion, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, and tourism
- Drive adoption of our full-stack services:
- Influencer & creator marketing
- Viral short-form content
- Celebrity campaign development
- Experiential and pop-up activations
- Social strategy & execution
- Branded content production
- Client & Agency Partnership Development
- Act as a strategic consultant to senior marketing stakeholders at brands and agencies
- Build long-term partnerships that evolve into multi-year, cross-platform campaign engagements
- Work directly with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to package and sell compelling ideas
- Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Own and exceed annual revenue targets (₩5B–₩7B+ / $4M–$6M+ USD)
- Maintain clear forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly reporting
- Represent the agency at industry events, summits, and networking functions
Requirements
- Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles at:
- IMC / creative agencies
- PR firms with influencer/celebrity marketing verticals
- Influencer platforms or production companies
- Digital content studios
- Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure integrated campaigns across influencer, content, and social channels
- Prior relationships with key decision-makers at Cheil, Innocean, Publicis, Dentsu Korea, HS Ad, and brand marketing teams
- Experience with influencer strategy, social activations, celebrity partnerships, and branded entertainment
- Skills
- Fluent in Korean, written and spoken
- Deep cultural fluency across K-pop, Korean digital culture, and Gen Z audiences
- Master communicator: can lead C-level presentations, client negotiations, and internal strategy discussions
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven team
