Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive – Media Sales to join our Sales team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for selling premium video content, YouTube media sales, and custom content solutions that help brands connect with Gen Z and multicultural audiences. You will leverage our unmatched access to Gen Z, Korean Entertainment fans, and multicultural audiences to deliver authentic, high-impact marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities .

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and pursue new media sales opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling pitches focused on DIVE’s expertise in connecting brands with Gen Z and Korean Entertainment fans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, production, and analytics teams to develop and execute impactful content campaigns.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales quotas, track performance metrics, and report on industry trends.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout campaign lifecycles.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in media sales, with a focus on custom content and/or YouTube media sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital media, content marketing, Gen Z, and Korean Entertainment trends.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
