Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our stories to life—across social media, branded content, IP development, and marketing campaigns. From mood boards to final polished assets, you’ll turn culturally relevant ideas into high-impact visuals that speak to our digital-native, Gen Z audience.


Responsibilities

  • Brand & Deck Design: Create visually striking presentation templates, reports, and one-sheets that reflect DIVE’s identity and make complex ideas easy to grasp.
  • Social Content: Design platform-optimized graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more — driving engagement and sparking conversation.
  • Branded Campaign Assets: Collaborate with marketing and sales to design pitch visuals and campaign materials that wow partners and clients.
  • Project Management: Balance multiple projects while hitting deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, from creative and production to sales, to ensure every asset aligns with brand and campaign goals.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Korean and English.
  • 3–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social content, branding, and/or motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a strong plus).


Personal Traits

  • Deep understanding of Gen Z visual trends, internet culture, and the K-pop/entertainment space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the entertainment industry.


Location

This is a full-time position based in our Seoul, South Korea office.
