Role Overview:


The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and solutions. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, project management, and client service, with a strong emphasis on creativity and communication.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Project and Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the execution of projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and successful outcomes.
  • Creative Strategy Development:
  • Lead creative strategy sessions to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide the direction of campaigns and ensure the integration of creative concepts with overall business strategy.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications Proposals:
  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing communications proposals that combine various channels and strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Present and explain proposals to clients, highlighting how the strategy meets their business needs and sets the stage for measurable success.
  • Sales Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and strategize on proposals and pitches.
  • Assist in crafting tailored pitches that resonate with potential clients, leveraging insights from the Account Management and Creative teams to secure new deals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to drive decisions and adapt approaches as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients that demonstrate campaign results and ROI.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital media, and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
