Role Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and solutions. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, project management, and client service, with a strong emphasis on creativity and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Project and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and successful outcomes.
- Creative Strategy Development:
- Lead creative strategy sessions to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide the direction of campaigns and ensure the integration of creative concepts with overall business strategy.
- Integrated Marketing Communications Proposals:
- Develop comprehensive integrated marketing communications proposals that combine various channels and strategies to meet client objectives.
- Present and explain proposals to clients, highlighting how the strategy meets their business needs and sets the stage for measurable success.
- Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and strategize on proposals and pitches.
- Assist in crafting tailored pitches that resonate with potential clients, leveraging insights from the Account Management and Creative teams to secure new deals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to drive decisions and adapt approaches as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients that demonstrate campaign results and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital media, and creative processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
